Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, Hanz Driven has a strict policy of no return. No product can be returned unless the product is defective and that the defect or failure is not caused by transport companies or improper handling or use of your shares, then the item will be exchanged for the same item or similar. Any claim must be made no later than three days after receiving the product

Order cancelation

For any order cancelled after processing especially the one with products in stock and pre-ordered products, a 10% restocking fee will be withheld on refunds.
