Shipping policy
We know you want to get your stuff ASAP. Help the Mailman out and double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing an order. Be sure to include any apartment or unit numbers. We love you, but yet, we are not responsible for shipping charges resulting from an incomplete, inaccurate address or if you refuse the package.
For all international sales the import fees and taxes are at the customer's expense.
All our products are new unless otherwise stated.
Our policy is to make sure that you receive a product in perfect condition and that no parts are missing. While we do our best to ensure items arrive to you intact and with no missing parts, we cannot guarantee that packaging arrives in mint condition due to potentially lengthy journey they may experience from suppliers to us and from our warehouse to you.
Hanz Driven is not responsible for any delays as a result of shipping carriers operations.
Some items are shipped directly from the manufacture and therefore might not arrive all in the same shipment.
Due to the large number of theft of packages and the large number of claims, orders with more than $100 in merchandise or to an address that we consider insecure may be sent with a card for pickup or require a signature.

Pre-orders
New product release dates are an estimate established by the manufacturer. Product release dates might be changed at any time by the manufacturer . Once released, items normally take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive to our warehouse.
