Purchasing 2x of this set means we will ship ONE unopened factory case exactly as it was received by Hanz Driven from our supplier.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: 2x DOES NOT GUARANTEE TWO COMPLETE SETS INSIDE THE CASE

A factory case normally contains two complete sets, but the contents of a sealed case are determined and packed by Mattel — not Hanz Driven.

We DO NOT open factory cases to inspect, verify, rearrange or correct their contents before shipping.

Factory packing irregularities can happen. We have received cases containing, for example, three units of one vehicle and an incorrect quantity of another, resulting in the case not containing two complete sets.

By choosing a factory-sealed case, you understand and accept that:

• Two complete sets are NOT guaranteed.
• Exact vehicle assortment and quantities are NOT guaranteed.
• Internal product/packaging condition is NOT guaranteed.
• Factory packing errors may occur.
• The case may be single taped, double taped or retaped.
• A chase vehicle is NOT guaranteed.
• Hanz Driven will not open the case to verify its contents.

We ship the factory case as it was received by us.

⚠️ DOUBLE-TAPED / RETAPED CASES — PLEASE READ

Double-taped factory cases are a known occurrence in the hobby and have been received by retailers throughout the industry.

Hanz Driven has received double-taped cases directly through our supply chain, and Mattel does not guarantee the sealing condition or contents of individual factory cases.

Very importantly, when a case has been double taped before reaching us, the second layer of tape can be the exact same type and color as the original factory tape.

In some instances, the second layer is extremely difficult to identify without very closely examining the tape. It may appear completely normal during inspection.

We inspect cases and, when we clearly identify a double-taped case, we generally pull it from sealed-case inventory, open it and sell the vehicles individually. However, we cannot guarantee that every double-taped case will be detected.

We have also opened double-taped cases in the past and found a chase inside, so double tape does NOT automatically mean a chase was removed or that the contents were altered.

🏁 CHASE VEHICLES

A factory case may contain a chase vehicle. Chases are random and NEVER guaranteed.

Hanz Driven does not open customer factory cases, remove chases and then retape the cases.

If you receive a factory-sealed case without a chase, this does not mean that a chase was removed.

Chase distribution varies significantly between releases, case codes and production runs and is completely outside Hanz Driven's control.

WHAT “FACTORY SEALED” MEANS

For Hanz Driven listings, factory sealed means Hanz Driven has not opened the case or altered its contents after receiving it from our supply chain.

It does NOT mean that we guarantee:

• only one layer of factory tape;
• that the case was never retaped before reaching Hanz Driven;
• two complete sets inside;
• a specific assortment or quantity;
• a chase vehicle;
• perfect internal packaging or product condition.

We cannot verify what is inside a sealed case without opening it. If you want the case to remain sealed, you are accepting the factory-packed contents as they are.

All factory cases are placed inside an additional outer shipping box before leaving Hanz Driven.

🚨 FACTORY-SEALED CASES ARE FINAL SALE — NO RETURNS

ALL FACTORY-SEALED CASE SALES ARE FINAL.

Once the factory case has been opened, it CANNOT be returned to Hanz Driven under any circumstances.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refund requests based on:

• No chase being found.
• The case not containing two complete sets.
• Incorrect quantities or assortment inside the case.
• Factory packing errors.
• Double or retaped factory tape.
• Internal packaging or product condition.
• Any other contents discovered after opening the factory case.

Once a customer opens the case, neither the customer nor Hanz Driven can establish or restore its original sealed condition. An opened factory case will not be accepted for return.

If you are uncomfortable with any of these conditions, DO NOT purchase the factory-sealed case option.

BY PURCHASING, YOU ACCEPT THESE CONDITIONS

By purchasing 2x and receiving a factory-sealed case, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the risks and conditions above, including that two complete sets and chase vehicles are not guaranteed and that opened factory cases cannot be returned.

PRE-ORDER: Release dates are approximate and subject to change by the manufacturer. Delays may occur due to production, licensing, shipping, customs clearance or other circumstances outside our control. We will ship all items in your order together once they are available. Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the item's value.
