Shipping policy

Diecast shipments to USA have all tariffs pre-paid by us and products are delivered directly to your door stress free.

For all international sales, import fees and taxes are at the customer's expense.

Most apparel shipments are done within your own country through our partner fulfillment centers, delivered separately from the diecast shipment.

Pre-orders

New product release dates are an estimate established by the manufacturer. Actual product release dates are often delayed, changed by the manufacturer. Once released, items normally take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive to our warehouse. 

We know you want to get your stuff ASAP. Help the Mailman out and double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing an order. Be sure to include any apartment or unit numbers. We love you, but yet, we are not responsible for shipping charges resulting from an incomplete, inaccurate address or if you refuse the package.

All our products are new unless otherwise stated. Our policy is to make sure that you receive a product in perfect condition. While we do our best to ensure items arrive intact, we cannot guarantee that the packaging arrives in mint condition due to the potentially lengthy journey they may experience from suppliers to us and from our warehouse to you.

Hanz Driven is not responsible for any delays as a result of shipping carriers' operations.

Orders with more than $100 in merchandise or to an address that we consider insecure may require signature.
