Return & Refund Policy

Due to the collectible nature of the products we sell, Hanz Driven generally does not accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise and will review eligible return, damage, and defect claims as outlined below.

Returns

Returns are accepted only with prior authorization from Hanz Driven. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

To be eligible for an approved return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
• Include all original manufacturer packaging, accessories, inserts, and components
• Not have been opened, altered, modified, or otherwise used
• Be securely packaged for return transportation

Approved discretionary returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to Hanz Driven, including return shipping and any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other import-related fees incurred as a result of the return.

Hanz Driven is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return transportation. We strongly recommend using a tracked and adequately insured shipping service.

The above return costs and restocking fee apply to voluntary or discretionary returns and do not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is significantly damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photographs of the item, its manufacturer packaging, the shipping carton, and the internal protective packaging where applicable. Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Once reviewed and approved, Hanz Driven may provide a replacement, exchange, refund, partial refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Where the issue is confirmed to have resulted from an error by Hanz Driven, we will not charge a restocking fee.

Collectible Packaging Condition

Manufacturer packaging is not guaranteed to be mint, flawless, or grading-quality unless expressly stated otherwise.

Minor packaging imperfections are not considered product defects or significant shipping damage and do not qualify for a return, replacement, refund, exchange, or partial refund on that basis alone.

This includes minor imperfections that may occur during manufacturing, factory packing, transportation, and distribution before a product reaches Hanz Driven.

Return Shipping & International Returns

Unless the return results from an error by Hanz Driven or applicable law requires otherwise, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

For international returns, customers are also responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or other expenses associated with returning the merchandise.

Any customs documentation should accurately identify the shipment as returned merchandise where applicable. Hanz Driven is not responsible for charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete customs declarations made by the sender.

Any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges assessed against Hanz Driven in connection with a customer-initiated return may, where permitted by law, be deducted from the customer's refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by Hanz Driven.

Unless otherwise required by law, refunds for discretionary returns will be issued to the original method of payment, less the applicable 10% restocking fee, original shipping charges, and any other return-related charges for which the customer is responsible under this policy.

Processing times after a refund has been issued may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Once an order has entered processing, been allocated, packed, or otherwise prepared for fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible.

Approved customer-requested cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee calculated on the cancelled order value, including shipping.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to the applicable return provisions of this policy.

Cancellation fees do not apply where Hanz Driven cancels an order or where a customer has a statutory right to cancel without charge under applicable law.

Age & Product Use

Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer, our collectible diecast products are intended for collectors aged 14 years and older and are not intended as children's toys.

Damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, modification, or use inconsistent with the manufacturer's intended purpose is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for replacement or refund.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where applicable law provides a customer with rights that differ from this policy, those statutory rights will apply.
