Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our online site and the products listed, Hanz Driven has a strict policy of no returns. No product can be returned unless the product is defective and the defect or failure is not caused by transport companies or improper handling or use by the buyer; then the item will be exchanged for the same item or a similar one. Any claim must be made no later than three days after receiving the product.

Our diecast is intended for 14 years old and above. Damage caused by kids under this age void any exchange or refunds.

Order cancellation

Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the item's value.
